OUR STORIES
Supporting at Risk Dogs is our Passion. Your Donations Make our Rescue Possible.
When you give a homeless pet a chance, you give them something priceless: hope.
Meet Evie, a rescue dog with a traumatic past, and Gavin, an Air Force veteran facing challenges like PTSD and depression. Thanks to support like yours, these two have found strength in each other through Rescue Dogs Rescue Soldiers.
Once overlooked, Evie is now training to become a certified service dog, ready to support Gavin in his role as a case manager and in life with his wife, Tomisha.
Your donation makes stories like theirs possible. Please give today and help us create more life-changing partnerships for pets and people in need.

Hawkins had a bad skin condition when he first arrived from NYC ACC. Liz and crew treated the skin condition; he is in great shape now. Hawkins will be a companion for Army veteran Barry, who served in Iraq and has PTSD.
The Tortorella Family Foundation is honored to sponsor the training and care of Hawkins, an emotional support dog, through the organization Rescue Dogs Rescue Soldiers. The funding will help with the purchase of grain-free food and treats, training, and veterinary care. Hawkins' training has begun and will continue for the next six months. The Tortorella Family has named this sponsorship in memory of Holden Corzine, a brave soldier dearly missed by all who loved him.
